Customer Delivery Advantage
A well-timed and accurate delivery service can save you hundreds or thousands of dollars in interest and spoiled feed costs. Depending upon your needs we can deliver daily, weekly, monthly or stockpile large quantities at once. Deliveries need to be scheduled about a week in advance and on weekdays; however we will do our best to accommodate weekend and last minute emergency situations.
The "Hot Shot" Advantage
Take advantage of our affordable and convenient delivery service 
with our “Hot Shot” truck. For customers ordering less than a full semi-load we can deliver within 200 miles of our Company store in Windsor, CO. Our 30’ “Hot-Shot” truck and forklift allows us to maneuver in just about anyone’s yard.
Minimum order for delivery is 1 pallet. 
Delivery fee varies depending upon bale size, quantity ordered, and distance traveled.
Delivery includes unloading with our forklift. We will place the pallets inside if we can maneuver our forklift indoors. We do not handstack.
Semi Loads
A semi-load contains approximately 23 tons/pallets and 552 bales.Deliveries can be arranged with van trailers or flatbed trailers.
Buyer provides unloading with a 2 hour limit to unload.
$50/hour wait fee past 2 hours.
We can provide free unloading if you are within 150 miles of our Company store and with a minimum delivery of 36 pallets.
Customers must be on-site for approval of hay deliveries or must have previously seen the hay prior to delivery. We can UPS a sample flake of hay to you prior to delivery for preapproval. We will cover the cost of the sample if you follow through with a purchase.
Pallet Credit Program
Deliveries can be made with or without pallets. Our Pallet Credit Program is designed for those customers who p
refer to use pallets. Upon your next hay delivery you will receive a 5$ credit for each pallet returned in good condition.
